Life will always have challenges, but I’ve learned that when you lead with purpose and heart, you can get through just about anything.
Back in 2013, I spent eight months in and out of the hospital after a serious accident. They kept trying to save my leg, but the infections wouldn’t stop. I was working the entire time, determined not to let anything take me away from my life. Eventually, I made the call myself. I told the doctors to amputate. I was done waiting. I needed to get back to work, back to living.
That moment didn’t break me. It showed me how much strength I really had. Finally, I wasn’t in pain. My husband swears I move faster now than I did before, and honestly, I think he’s right. When you’re a parent of five, you learn quickly that giving up isn’t an option. You develop a mindset that everything is solvable and that you just have to keep going. That same mentality is what got me through my surgery. Even through the greatest challenges, I keep moving forward for the people I love and the work that gives me purpose.
A big part of my purpose is real estate. To put it simply, I love what I do! Growing up, we always rented. I lived in an apartment, and after I got married, we moved into a mobile home. I didn’t come from a world where homeownership felt possible, and I didn’t realize what I was missing until I bought my first home in 2001. That moment changed everything. Walking into something that was truly mine gave me a feeling of stability I’d never had. That’s when I understood the power of homeownership and why I wanted to help others experience it too.

At that point, I was already in real estate, working for a local builder. What started as a job quickly became a passion. I spent 25 years in new home sales, eventually becoming a sales manager. I loved coaching my team and helping people build their dream homes.
In 2024, I made the jump to resale. I’d retired from the builder, looking for more independence to shape my business around my values and approach. It was a risk, and it wasn’t easy. Learning social media, building new networks, and marketing on my own pushed me out of my comfort zone. But I fought through it. I leaned on my in-depth knowledge of homes, the network of local professionals I trusted, and the skills I’d honed over decades.
That first year in resale, I had 16 closings. In one of the worst real estate markets, I found a way to make it work. Because that’s what I do. Whether it’s recovering from an amputation, raising a blended family, or starting fresh in business, I keep going. Not because it’s easy, but because I know I can.
Now I’m focused on helping people in new ways. I still love new builds and use that background every time I walk someone through a home. I know what’s behind the walls and what buyers should look for. My favorite part is listening—really listening—to what people need and finding a home that fits. One of my favorite things to do is help remote buyers find a home. They often are just seeing the home over FaceTime, so when it comes time to close and they see it for the first time and fall in love, I know I’ve done my job well.
Outside of work, I love swimming, reading, and spending time with my 14 grandkids. I’m also active in the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, continuing to grow my connections and involvement in this amazing community.

Whether it’s recovering from a setback or stepping into something new, the goal has always been the same for me: keep going, keep learning, and help as many people as I can along the way.
With years of experience in new home construction and sales, I bring a deep understanding of how homes are built and how to guide clients through the process with confidence. That background gives me an edge when helping you evaluate a property. I know what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to explain the details in a way that makes sense. It’s rewarding to walk through each step with my clients, help them feel confident, and get into a home they truly love.
I also bring a strong network of trusted vendors. Whether you need an inspector, contractor, or photographer, I have reliable professionals I can connect you with to keep the process smooth and stress-free. I stay responsive and approachable, always asking how I can help, because for me, real estate is about service, not just sales. Whether you're buying, selling, building, or simply looking for honest guidance, I’m here to support you every step of the way!
Sincerely,
Kimmie Juarez
